After hearing evidence and arguments presented by parties or lawyers, the Judges make a decision on the case and issue the Judgment on the matter through an Order of Court.

A Magistrates’ Court has handles cases involving an amount up to a maximum of $60,000.

A District Court has handles cases involving an amount between $60,000 and $250,000.   The District Court can handle cases of road traffic accident claims or claims for personal injuries resulting from industrial accidents involving amounts up to a maximum of $500,000.
